I did not do extensive tests on my X120, but I expected at least 3h. Did you turn of WLAN? Monitor brightness to the max? I think there will be a 6cell battery for the X120 being released soon. I think about getting it, but the X120 bottom side will probably not be "flat" anymore, but with a "bump" as the 6cell battery is likely to be bigger. very disappointing.
